Whether you have a suggestion, want to request a feature, or hit something that doesn't work the way you expect, you can send feedback without leaving the app.
Where to find it
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner to open the account menu.
- Choose Give feedback (the beetle icon).
A short form opens.
Choosing a type
Pick the type that fits what you're sending:
- General feedback — thoughts, praise, or anything that doesn't fit the other two.
- Feature request — something you'd like Ceum to do that it doesn't yet.
- Bug report — something is broken: a crash, missing data, a wrong calculation, or a button that does nothing.
What to fill in
- Subject — a short, specific summary. "Invoice PDF is blank" is far more useful than "something is broken".
- Description — the details. For a bug, describe what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. You can use formatting to make it clear.
- Steps to reproduce — shown only for bug reports: the exact steps that lead to the problem, one per line. Please be explicit and detailed: the more precisely the steps can be repeated, the faster the issue is fixed.
Tip: send one thing per submission. Separate items are easier to track and resolve.
What's captured automatically
To save you time, each submission automatically includes:
- the page you were on when you opened the form, and
- your account details.
You don't need to add these yourself.
What happens next
Each submission is sent straight to the Ceum team with a timestamp. Feedback is reviewed and marked as it's worked through, and Ceum may follow up by email if more detail is needed. Once an item is resolved, it is closed.
On mobile
The mobile app has its own Feedback screen under Settings. Pick a type (general, feature request, or bug), fill in a subject and description — plus reproduction steps for a bug report — and submit. It reaches the Ceum team the same way as from the web app.
